Accommodations

  • Unlike most island hotels and condos, there's no "service charge" at the Inn & Condos or at our affiliated properties. No “housekeeping fee”, “resort fee”, “security deposit”, etc., nothing added to our rates except the government’s Accommodations Tax
  • The government's Accommodations Tax of 13% must be added to all above rates, as is the case at all Cayman hotels and condos
  • In our apartments, full housekeeping is done every weekday; in our condos, a full housekeeping service is done before you arrive and after you depart, but you’ll have a full second set of linen and towels (including beach towels) on hand, as well as your own washer and dryer, with detergent provided. Additional housekeeping service available at extra cost, but we really doubt that you’ll need it
  • Rates are per apartment or condo -- not "per person" -- and are based on lodging up to two guests in our apartments; and up to four guests in our condos
  • The apartments can sleep up to four guests, the condos up to six, with an extra-person supplement of US$20, per night
  • The extra-person supplement does not apply to children twelve years old or younger; no charge for booster chair or crib
  • Rates for stays straddling two seasons are calculated according to the number of nights falling in each respective season
  • A non-refundable (but transferable) deposit of 25% (or minimum of one night charge if staying less than four nights) is required to book
  • Balances are due one month before arrival, or two months before arrival if arrival or departure falls in high or Holiday seasons
  • Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is noon (apartments) or 11:00am (condos) unless otherwise arranged; luggage can be stored where it’s easily accessible if arriving early, or departing late
  • To avoid disappointment while booking your airfare, accommodations can be held for 48 hours with no commitment on your part
  • Above rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice but, while posted, are in effect for all current and future reservations
  • Payment must be made by credit card, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Rental Cars

  • All rates include a 4-door compact car (D-class), with automatic transmission and A/C, picked up and dropped off right at the airport. The compact car is ideal for one or two, or even three, plus luggage

  • While the car rental firm will ask for an imprint of a valid credit card (i.e., not a debit card) for security and identification purposes, the total rental cost will be billed to the Inn — excluding any insurance you might opt for and the government’s “environment tax” (US$10.75, per day). These incidentals are paid directly to the rental car agency
  • Rental car insurance coverage is optional, and you may be at least partially covered by your home/auto insurer or your credit card provider
  • To ensure validity of any provided coverage, be sure to use that credit card to pay for your stay at the Inn (at least the final balance), to pay for the non-included incidental fees (above) upon picking up the car at the car rental agency, and to check in at the Inn
